Greetings, I’m Lisa and I am a professional Food Therapist.

I can guide you how to transform your daily eating habits to support optimum health for the rest of your life. I will work with you to achieve your goals, whatever they are.

If you have a specific health issue, I will design an eating plan to help you help yourself to heal. If you find stress makes you reach for those comforting but not so good for you foods, then we can work with that too. If you know what foods you should be eating but don’t really know how to cook and make them delicious, then I’ve got a plan for you too.

I use a holistic approach to help you bring awareness to the food on your plate, helping you to balance mind and body. I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist, Natural Chef, Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner, Nutritional Speaker and Workshop Facilitator.

So, whether you need some of these services combined or just one, it’s your choice, I am here to educate, guide and support you however you choose.
